ii. Time for family, rest, health, and spirituality;
iii. Lower stress and burnout risk.
In fact, countries with shorter workweeks like Denmark or Netherland consistently rank high in happiness. Because,”Happiness = balance, relationships, health, purpose.”

– High income;

– Business building.

Then many people especially early in life works 50–70 hours/week or more.
